Recycle & Clean-Up Day

A Recycle & Clean-Up Day in conjunction with the City of Belle Plaine is held each year in April. This annual event allows residents in the Belle Plaine Township to dispose of unwanted items. Fees are charged for the disposal of refuge. There is no charge for recyclables.

Neighborhood Watch

Neighborhood Watch is a community-based program that has been proven to reduce crime. Residents participating in Neighborhood Watch are given information on crime prevention and ways to improve their home and personal security. They watch for and report suspicious or unusual activity they see occurring in their neighborhood.

The Scott County Sheriffs department keeps this group up to date. Meetings are held twice a year at the Belle Plaine Township Garage, 25130 Hickory Blvd., Belle Plaine, Minnesota.

If you would like to receive notice on upcoming meetings, or to become a Neighborhood Watch member, contact Carol Bauer at 952-873-6769 or
