Belle Plaine Township Fees

Lot Fee for New Home:

• $1,500 if off a County road and roads in a development.
• $3,500 if off a Township road.

Driveway Fee:

• $600 Driveway Fee
• $500 refund after final inspection.

Special Meeting Fee:

• $300 only applicable in certain situations.

Right-Of-Way User Fee:

• $100 permit and inspection fee
• $10,000 Bond

Annexation Fees:

• $310 per acre for unimproved property
• $372 per acre for improved property
